Tiffany L. Turner, RN, MSN, MBA, has been a registered nurse since 2001. She completed a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Mrs. Turner went on to complete a Master's in the Science of Nursing and Master's in Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She started her focus in healthcare in 1993 as a volunteer at INOVA Fairfax hospital and at Georgetown University hospital. She also worked as a Certified Nurse Aide while she was completing her BSN. Mrs. Turner has experience as a medical-surgical nurse, ICU nurse and nurse staffing. In addition, Mrs. Turner has completed additional training in Lean Six Sigma and legal nurse consulting.Mrs. Turner started her home healthcare career in 2007 as a regional director and currently owns a small private pay home healthcare agency in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mrs. Turner also owns Alpha Omega Healthcare Solutions, LLC, which provides RN Consulting services to home healthcare agencies, hospice agencies, assisted living communities, memory care communities and RN/CNA staffing assistance. Mrs. Turner is approved to assist with CMS sanction of Temporary Manager, CDPHE RN Consultant sanction, and to provide CDHPE required Administrator 8-hour training.Mrs. Turner resides in Mead, Colorado with her husband and four children.
